Responsabilités

Ce programme sert de tremplin vers une carrière à long terme, offrant une expérience pratique, un apprentissage structuré et une exposition directe à la haute direction. Après une réussite complète du programme, vous passerez à un poste de représentant des ventes ou de gestionnaire de comptes à temps plein chez Otis.
Au cours de ce programme de formation initiale en rotation de 5 à 7 mois, vous collaborerez étroitement avec notre équipe de direction des ventes tout en acquérant une compréhension des principaux domaines de l’entreprise, y compris le service, la modernisation et le développement des affaires. Cette expérience immersive est conçue pour construire une solide base en engagement client et en stratégie de ventes.
Vous allez :
- Accompagner des mécaniciens de terrain expérimentés pour approfondir votre compréhension de nos produits et services
- Participer à des réunions avec des clients afin d’observer et de soutenir des interactions de vente réelles
- Développer les compétences de base en vente grâce à la formation, au mentorat et à l'application en milieu de travail
- Explorer les opérations interfonctionnelles pour comprendre comment différentes équipes contribuent au succès global de l'entreprise
Études
- Un baccalauréat est préféré. L'obtention d'un diplôme collégial postsecondaire ou d'un certificat postsecondaire est requise
Expérience/compétences

Posséder de l’expérience en vente/service à la clientèle

Être apte à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et fortement axé sur le travail d'équipe

Faire preuve de solides compétences en communication écrite et verbale en français (majorité) et anglais (environ 30% du temps) pour développer efficacement les attentes et les relations avec les clients internes et externes, ainsi que la haute direction et certains fournisseurs

Faire preuve de motivation et être capable de gérer plusieurs responsabilités et projets simultanés

Être très à l'aise dans un environnement technique utilisant les logiciels informatiques de Microsoft

In this role, you will build essential sales and business development skills while gaining hands-on exposure to Otis’s full portfolio of products, services, and business divisions. Essential Responsibilities
Grow your sales career with Otis through this dynamic, early career opportunity designed to develop future Sales and Account Management professionals. This program serves as a launchpad into a long-term career, offering hands-on experience, structured learning, and direct exposure to senior leadership. Upon successful completion, you will transition into a full-time Sales Representative or Account Manager role within Otis.
Over the course of this initial 5–7-month rotational training program, you will collaborate closely with our Sales Leadership Team while gaining insight into key areas of the business, including Service, Modernization, and Business Development. This immersive experience is designed to build a strong foundation in both customer engagement and sales strategy.
You will:

Shadow experienced field mechanics to gain a deeper understanding of our products and services

Participate in customer meetings to observe and support real-world sales interactions

Develop core sales competencies through training, mentorship, and on-the-job application

Explore cross-functional operations to understand how different teams contribute to overall business success
Education / Certifications

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Completion of a post-secondary college diploma or post-secondary certificate is required
Basic Qualifications

1-3 years customer-facing or sales experience required

Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment

Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers

Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities

Successful candidate should be very comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software

Outstanding sales/negotiation skills and goal-orientated with strong time management and organizational skills
