Le rôle de l'architecte de solutions senior est d'être l'architecte solution principal pour les domaines d'affaires du secteur numérique. Il s'agit de comprendre les besoins d'affaires d'un projet et de concevoir une solution technologique répondant à ces besoins dans les quatre domaines suivants : métier (Business), applications (Application), information (Information) et technologie (Technology).
Vos principales responsabilités
- Soutenir les architectes solutions pour l'écosystème digital / e-commerce / marketing
- Évaluer les besoins d'affaires d'une initiative ou d'une problématique
- Recueillir les exigences non fonctionnelles
- Pré-sélectionner et comparer des solutions techniques potentielles, incluant la sélection de logiciels lorsque nécessaire
- Fournir une conception architecturale de la solution dans les domaines métier, applicatif, informationnel et technologique via un document d'architecture de solution
- Diriger la conception, la spécification et la sélection de solutions de systèmes d'information en tenant compte des fonctionnalités, des données, de la sécurité, de l'intégration, de l'infrastructure et de la performance
- Soutenir l'équipe projet durant les phases de spécification et de conception
- Collaborer avec l'organisation pour comprendre la stratégie organisationnelle et définir les solutions de systèmes d'information adaptées
- Explorer les systèmes d'information
- Documenter la solution dans l'outil d'architecture d'entreprise en utilisant le langage ArchiMate
- Développer et maintenir une vision de l'architecture applicative actuelle et future dans l'outil d'architecture d'entreprise
- Développer et maintenir une vision de l'architecture digitale actuelle et future afin de concevoir une structure stable, résiliente, agile et performante
- Diriger l'organisation dans l'exploitation des technologies et l'utilisation des solutions IT pour soutenir le changement organisationnel et la conception des processus métier
- Comprendre et soutenir la conception de l'architecture logicielle et accompagner les équipes de développement
- Estimer les coûts et préparer des business cases pour les solutions IT en tenant compte de l'infrastructure, des licences, du développement et du support
Compétences requises
Qualifications
- Baccalauréat en informatique, systèmes d'information ou domaine connexe, ou expérience équivalente en gestion de projets
- Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience en TI, dont au moins 5 ans en conception de systèmes d'information
- Expérience approfondie dans la conception et la mise en œuvre de solutions informatiques, idéalement dans les systèmes e-commerce
- Expérience pratique avec des solutions e-commerce (B2B/B2C), CRM, applications mobiles, sites web (contenu et formulaires) et outils d'automatisation marketing
- Connaissance des contraintes liées aux données clients, à la confidentialité et à la gestion du consentement
- Forte capacité d'influence et excellentes compétences de communication orale et écrite avec des cadres et parties prenantes
- Certification ou formation en architecture d'entreprise (ex. TOGAF avec ArchiMate) ou équivalent technologique
- Bilinguisme français / anglais
- Expérience dans des entreprises de plus de 10 000 employés

The candidate must have the following qualifications:
The role of the Senior Solution Architect is to be the key Solution architect for the business areas of Digital sector. Tasks like understanding business requirements for a project and designing a technology solution that will meet the requirements in the 4 following areas (Business, Application, Information, and Technology).
Your Main responsibilities
- Support Solution Architects for Digital / ecommerce / Marketing ecosystem.
- Assess the business requirements for an initiative or a problem
- Gather Non-Functional Requirements
- Pre-select and compare potential technical solutions including software selection when needed
- Provide an architectural conception of the solution regarding Business, Application, Information and Technology domains via the solution architecture design document
- Lead in designing, specifying and selecting information system solutions, considering functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance.
- Support the project team during the specifications and design phase
- Partner with the organization to understand the organizational and departmental strategy and agree on information systems solutions to meet the needs.
- Investigate information systems
- Document the solution in the enterprise architecture tool using the archimate language
- Develop and maintain a model of current and future Application Architecture in the EA tool.
- Develop and maintain a model of current and future digital architecture and design a structure that is stable, resilient, agile and performant.
- Lead the organization in exploiting technology and using knowledge of IT solutions to drive organizational change and support business process design.
- Understand and support the software architecture design and support development team in developing solutions
- Estimate cost, and prepare business cases for IT solutions, considering infrastructure, licenses, development and support
Required Competencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related study, or equivalent project-related experience.
- Minimum of ten years of experience in IT, with at least five years in information system design
- In-depth experience designing and implementing information solutions, with specialization e-commerce enterprise systems
- Hands-on experience implementing Ecommerce (B2B/B2C), CRM, mobile applications, Web sites (contents and forms) and marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of restrictions concerning consumer data, private information and consent management
- Strong ability to influence, to communicate orally and in writing with business executives and colleagues is key
- Ideally, formal qualification in Enterprise Architecture (e.g. TOGAF with Archimate) or formal qualifications in technology.
- Bilingualism (French & English)
- Experience in companies with more than 10,000 employees
Nice to have:

Pay: $105.00-$110.00 per hour
