Kmoon Inc. is a fast-growing sales and marketing consulting company partnered with Rogers Business. We specialize in helping small and medium-sized businesses across Canada with telecom, internet, voice, wireless, and bundled business solutions.
As we continue expanding our Calgary operations, we are looking for an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented Service Fulfillment Lead / Sales Operations & Admin Lead to support the delivery of Rogers wired and wireless services for business clients.
This role is ideal for someone who understands telecom fulfillment, enjoys working behind the scenes to keep operations moving, and can support a high-performing sales team from closed deal to successful installation and activation.

About the Role

The Service Fulfillment Lead plays a key role in ensuring Rogers Business services are processed, provisioned, activated, and delivered accurately and on time.
You will work closely with sales representatives, operations, technical teams, vendors, and clients to make sure every order moves smoothly from paperwork to completion. You will also help track sales activity, maintain records, manage CRM updates, and support customers onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the end-to-end fulfillment of Rogers Business services, including wireless, internet, voice, fibre, and bundled solutions.
Process Rogers Business applications and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
Manage order processing, provisioning, service activation, installation tracking, and customer handoffs.
Act as a primary point of contact for order status updates, issue resolution, missing information, and escalations.
Communicate with clients to confirm details, complete missing information, and provide support for onboarding.
Collaborate with internal teams, field representatives, vendors, and technical support to ensure timely installations and activations.
Monitor order progress, identify delays, and proactively resolve issues.
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, Google Sheets, CRM systems, and internal trackers.
Track sales performance, lead status, follow-up activity, installation status, and activation updates.
Schedule and coordinate internal sales meetings, customer appointments, and follow-ups.
Send confirmation emails, track orders, and follow up on installation or activation timelines.
Assist the Sales Manager with team updates, reporting, daily communications, and operational improvements.
Support process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce fulfillment errors.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in telecom service delivery, provisioning, fulfillment, administration, sales support, or customer service.
Strong working knowledge of wired services, including internet, fiber, voice, and business telecom solutions.
Strong understanding of wireless activation, porting, onboarding, and service setup.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM is required.
Experience supporting B2B clients is strongly preferred.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Sheets, Docs, and Calendar.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Fluent in English. Additional languages are an asset.
Must be available to work full-time on-site.
Must be ready to start immediately.
Office-appropriate attire required.
