Duties
- Develop and maintain scalable e-commerce websites using front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React, and Bootstrap.
- Implement responsive UI/UX designs with attention to usability and accessibility standards.
- Build and integrate APIs using REST, SOAP, GraphQL, and other web services to support dynamic content and functionalities.
- Manage server-side development utilizing frameworks like Spring, Django, Ruby on Rails, ASP.NET, and Node.js.
- Configure and deploy applications within cloud environments such as AWS and Azure, utilizing DevOps tools like Jenkins, GitHub, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Optimize website performance for SEO and ensure high-quality code through unit testing with tools like Jasmine or Jest.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using project management tools such as Trello and Jira to follow SDLC methodologies within Agile workflows.
- Maintain databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, SQLite, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Utilize version control systems like Git or SVN for code management.
- Implement data visualization techniques to enhance user insights and analytics dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with best practices in system architecture, security protocols, and accessibility standards across all web applications.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in full-stack web development with expertise in HTML5, CSS3 (including SCSS), JavaScript (including jQuery), TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as Angular or React.
- Strong knowledge of back-end development using Java (Spring Framework), Python (Django), PHP (WordPress), Ruby on Rails or C# (.NET).
- Hands-on experience with web servers like Tomcat and application containers such as Docker.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS or Azure for deployment and scaling of applications.
- Experience working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB or SQLite.
- Knowledge of web services including RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, GraphQL; experience integrating third-party APIs is preferred.
- Understanding of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools.
- Ability to implement data visualization solutions for analytics dashboards using JavaScript libraries or other visualization tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices along with UX/UI principles to enhance user engagement.
- Experience working within Agile teams utilizing tools like Jira or Trello; familiarity with SDLC processes is essential.
