THE ROLE:
We are seeking a Senior Client Services IT Technician to deliver exceptional technical support across client environments. This hands-on role focuses on troubleshooting complex issues, maintaining systems, and ensuring seamless IT operations while providing a high level of customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
Acting as the primary point of contact for user support (in-person, phone, and remote)
Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
Performing system maintenance, installations, and optimizations
Troubleshooting LAN/WAN connectivity and third-party systems
Following up with users to ensure successful issue resolution and satisfaction
Recommending tailored IT solutions based on client needs
Maintaining accurate ticketing and supporting billing documentation

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Our ideal candidate should bring the following blend of technical knowledge, experience, and interpersonal skills:
Experience: At least 5 years in a Microsoft 365 administration and licensing role, with strong expertise in technical support for computer systems and Office applications
Core Technical Skills:
Strong experience with Windows environments (Windows 7–11, Windows Server) and Office applications
Hands-on knowledge of PC deployment, server administration, and backup solutions (e.g., Veeam, Windows Backup)
Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN/WAN), hardware, storage (NAS, SAN, RAID), and endpoint security
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly learn new technologies
Excellent communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to service excellence
Industry exposure (finance, technology, healthcare) considered an asset
