Job Description: Full-Stack Developer (Front-End Focused)

We are currently seeking a dynamic Full-Stack Developer (with a strong focus on Front-End) to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing AI Agent development team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and successfully bring our visionary designs to life.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of React web development, a strong sense of UI/UX aesthetics, and the full-stack mindset needed to seamlessly bridge the gap between elegant front-end interfaces and robust back-end systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Visual & Experience Upgrade: Work closely and efficiently with UI/UX designers to lead the visual transformation and interactive upgrades of our company’s official website and mobile applications.
- Develop and Maintain Web Applications: Build responsive, aesthetically pleasing, and highly interactive front-end applications using React and modern web technologies.
- Full-Stack Integration: Collaborate with the broader engineering team to integrate front-end applications with our back-end systems. While your primary focus is the front-end, you will engage with our Java and Spring Boot architecture to ensure smooth API connections and data flow.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize web and app interfaces for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-platform compatibility.
- Stay Updated: Self-learn and keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends in front-end development, UI/UX animations, and AI-integrated user interfaces.
We are looking for:
An insightful and influential collaborator to join our AI Agent team. We encourage you to apply for this position if you have the following qualities:
- Experience: 3+ years of proven professional experience as a Front-End Developer or Full-Stack Developer.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/ES6+ with a primary and deep focus on the React framework.
- A strong, pixel-perfect sense of aesthetics for UI/UX design and the ability to flawlessly translate design mockups into interactive web elements.
- Basic familiarity with backend integration, specifically Java and Spring Boot. You don't need to be a back-end expert, but you should understand basic back-end logic, database interactions, and API structures.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills to act as a seamless bridge between the UI design team and back-end engineers.
- Strong analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of an agile team.
- Curious, self-driven, and passionate about AI, robotics, and modern web aesthetics.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
