As a Rookie Sniper Team Leader, your primary responsibility will be leading a small team of snowfighters (1-3 people) to carry out snow plowing and salting operations. In this role, you will only ber esponsible for snow plowing and salting duties. No yard work or additional duties will be required beyond what is necessary to facilitate the completion of your assigned route during weather events that require service.
Outside of the first two weeks of your employment for training and season opening activities (mandatory), and the last two weeks for end-of-season cleanup (optional), you will never be asked to perform any additional work. Your focus will be solely on executing snow removal operations, managing your crew, and maintaining high service standards for the duration of your contract.

What You’ll Do:

Lead a Crew: As a Rookie Team Leader, you will manage and oversee a small team (1-3 people) for snow plowing and salting operations. You’ll work across Toronto’s commercial and residential properties, ensuring they’re cleared of snow and ice to keep traffic flowing and walkways safe.
