We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our recruitment team and support clients across Canada and the United States.
The Senior IT Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for technical and IT positions, including sourcing, screening, candidate qualification, submission, interview coordination, offer management, and placement.
The successful candidate must have strong experience recruiting technical professionals and must be highly proficient in Zoho Recruit. Zoho Recruit is our primary recruitment system and is used to manage candidates, job openings, submissions, interviews, notes, tasks, follow-ups, and recruitment activity.
This position requires strong English communication skills, excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced staffing environment.
