Aesthetic Nurse / Medical Injector (Training & Mentorship Program) Job Overview
Medesthet Experts Training Center is seeking licensed healthcare professionals (RN, NP, RPN/LPN, ) ready to pivot into the high-growth, lucrative world of medical aesthetics. - Pay: $90,000.00 - $450,000.00+ per year (Commission & practice-dependent)
- Schedule: Total control over your hours; work part-time around your current job or transition to full-time entrepreneurship
Duties & Responsibilities
- Clinical Training: Participate in comprehensive clinical training covering core injecting techniques and advanced product safety.
- Treatment Administration: Learn to safely administer Botulinum toxins, Dermal Fillers, PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma), IV Therapy, Skin Boosters, Biostimulators, Mesotherapy, other aesthetic treatments on-demand.
- Patient Consultations: Assess patient anatomy, discuss cosmetic goals, and design personalized aesthetic treatment plans, learn treatment techniques, safety.
- Practice Setup: Build an independent mobile/remote practice, open a boutique clinic, or join an established medical spa network using our flexible practice models.
- Compliance Management: Maintain strict clinical standards and adhere to provincial regulatory and licensing frameworks with our guidance.
- Client Retention: Deliver exceptional patient care and precise attention to detail to build a loyal, long-term client base.
- Deliver comprehensive patient care, including monitoring vital signs and assessing patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records for each patient
- Educate patients and their families about health management and post-treatment care
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, safety standards, and infection control protocols
- Assist with medical procedures and emergency situations as needed
- Support the overall smooth operation of the healthcare facility by performing routine tasks and documentation
Candidate Requirements
- Active Professional License: Must hold a current RN, NP, RPN/LPN license in good standing with your regulatory body.
- Aesthetic Passion: Strong desire to learn cosmetic medicine, coupled with precise attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety.

Experience
- Prior Aesthetics Experience: None required. We specialize in taking healthcare professionals from novice injectors to successful clinic owners.
- Clinical Experience: Background in general nursing, medicine, or dentistry where patient assessment and clinical precision are utilized.
- Proven experience in nursing or related healthcare roles preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration, and patient care procedures required
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with professionalism and compassion
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is desirable but not mandatory
- Prior experience working in clinical or hospital settings is advantageous
