Administrative & Hearing Care Specialist
Part-time on-site position (16-20 hours per week), with the potential to increase to full-time hours as the business continues to grow. Weekend availability required.

Webster Street Hearing Boutique is a locally owned and operated hearing clinic located in the beautiful Annapolis Valley. As a female-owned business, we are proud to provide personalized, patient-centered hearing healthcare in a calm and welcoming boutique environment.
We offer comprehensive audiology services, including hearing assessments, hearing aid evaluations, tinnitus treatment, earwax management, assistive listening devices (ALDs), and custom hearing protection. Our patients value the tailored care and soothing atmosphere that set us apart from traditional hearing clinic models.
Job Description
Our work environment includes a relaxed boutique atmosphere and a supportive, collaborative team culture. We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated administrative professional who is committed to providing exceptional patient care and supporting our team of expert audiologists.
The successful candidate will learn all aspects of the boutique’s day-to-day operations, including, but not limited to:
- Greeting and checking in patients
- Scheduling appointments
- Managing telephone and online inquiries
- Processing payments and coordinating with third-party payers and insurance providers
- Assisting patients in navigating compensation systems such as Veterans Affairs Canada and the Workers’ Compensation Board
- Conducting patient satisfaction and follow-up checks
- Assisting patients with hearing screening tests and minor hearing device repairs/care, as trained by our audiologists
- Supporting marketing initiatives and assisting with business social media content and engagement

Education:
- High school diploma required
- Office Administration certification considered an asset
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of customer service experience required
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience preferred
- Experience with marketing and/or business social media management considered an asset

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
