RonOvations is looking for a motivated and creative Marketing & Roofing Assistant to join our growing team.
This position combines social media marketing, content creation, and roofing project support. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable using technology, and enjoys creating engaging content for social media.
Responsibilities
Marketing & Social Media
- Create and schedule Facebook, Instagram, and other social media posts
- Write comments and engage in local community groups
- Post and manage online advertisements
- Create marketing content and promotional campaigns
- Help grow the company's online presence
Content Creation
- Visit project sites to take photos and videos
- Create reels, shorts, and other video content
- Edit photos and videos for social media and marketing purposes
- Capture before-and-after project transformations
- Assist with company branding and promotional materials
Roofing & Administrative Support
- Create roof measurements and reports using iRoofing (training provided if needed)
- Assist with project documentation
- Organize project photos and files
Requirements
- Experience with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or similar platforms
- Basic photo and video editing skills
- Comfortable learning new software and apps
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Experience with roofing, construction, iRoofing, or estimating is an asset but not required

Pay: $36,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

- Content creation: 2 years (preferred)
- Social media marketing: 2 years (preferred)
- Construction: 1 year (preferred)
