What you’ll do
Collaborate with the operations / production team to support production planning and scheduling, ensuring cross‑coverage and operational flexibility
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous performance improvements
Ensure full compliance with HSE, food safety, and quality standards
Coach, develop, and motivate operations team members to build capability and engagement
Identify, recommend, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across maintenance and operations
Develop and deliver technical skills training for both new hires and existing team members
Who we’re looking for
4 to 5 years of experience in production, manufacturing environment in supervisory capacity
Strong hands-on approach with the ability to work alongside the team
Supervise and actively support daily production activities on the floor
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and organization (5S)
Knowledge of production systems and tools. Feed industry knowledge is a plus.
Computer literacy
Flexibility with schedule, ability to work & deliver in fast paced and demanding environment and ability to handle challenges- business & people.
You’ll also need
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Collaborative, passion for continuous learning, coachable, positive attitude.
Other Requirements: Understanding of HSE and food safety regulations.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
