Overview
Hi! We are Banh Mi World, located in Whitby Ontario. We are a Vietnamese Fusion quick service restaurant that specializes in Banh Mi Sandwiches, Vermicelli Noodle Bowls, Rice and Vietnamese Coffee. We are a newer brand and are looking for support with our social media efforts.

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in a part time position. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about content creation and digital marketing, with a focus on enhancing brand visibility and engagement across various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikToK. The successful candidate will develop and execute innovative campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and stay current with industry trends to ensure our brand remains competitive in the digital landscape. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing company while honing your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create compelling content including graphics, videos, and written posts
Manage social media scheduling tools to ensure consistent posting schedules.
Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve organic reach and visibility.
Design eye-catching graphics and promotional materials aligned with brand guidelines for campaigns and advertisements.
Monitor social media channels for customer interactions, respond promptly to inquiries, and engage with followers to foster community growth.
Analyze campaign performance
Coordinate with the team to align social media efforts and in store activities
Manage Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences effectively.
Proofread all content before publishing to maintain high-quality standards and brand consistency.

Skills

Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of social media platforms’ best practices.
Proficiency in graphic design tools
Familiarity with social media management tools
Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and content optimization strategies.
Experience with Facebook Advertising campaigns and digital advertising best practices.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from Google Analytics and other metrics tools.
Excellent proofreading skills to ensure error-free content that aligns with brand voice.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. This role is perfect for a motivated individual eager to make an impact through innovative digital marketing strategies while developing their professional skills in a supportive environment.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
