We're seeking a FRENCH / ENGLISH BILINGUAL Inside Sales Representative to join our team. Do not apply if you are not fluent in French and English.
This position is responsible for lead generation and business development, cold calling, warm calling, and engaging customers to drive sales, build relationships and support our clients to enable their success.

Responsibilities
- Engage with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Lead generation, warm calls and cold calls
- Meet or exceed targets for customer outreach, revenue, customer growth and retention
- Business development & customer growth
- Sales targeting & planning
- Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions and track sales progress
- Negotiate and close sales effectively while maintaining strong customer relationships
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technology or technical sales
- Strong sales, negotiation and relationship skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- French bilingual IS REQUIRED
- Tech savvy
- While we would prefer to hire locally, we will consider strong candidates who are not in the area. Candidates must live in Ontario.
- Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships.
