Total Access Solutions · Full-time · In the field across the GTA
Every sale you make here changes how someone lives. A stairlift that lets a parent stay in the family home instead of moving to a facility. A ceiling lift that gives a caregiver their back — and their evenings — back. A bathroom that a senior can use safely and on their own again. This is sales work that people thank you for.
Total Access Solutions is an established home accessibility company serving families, healthcare teams, and funding partners across the GTA. We're growing our Eastern GTA territory and looking for a sales professional who can build real relationships, give honest advice, and close with integrity.
What you'll do
- Own and grow a sales territory across the Eastern GTA (Durham-based, with travel into York, Toronto, and Peel as needed).
- Build lasting relationships with referral partners: occupational therapists, case managers, discharge planners, insurers, builders and contractors, clinics, and care facilities.
- Meet clients and families in their homes and in facilities to understand what they actually need — not just what's easy to sell.
- Recommend the right solution from our full product line: ceiling lifts, stairlifts, ramps and porch lifts, hospital beds, bathroom safety, and related accessibility equipment.
- Prepare and present clear quotes, walk clients through funding options (government and insurer funding programs), and follow through to close.
- Partner with our service and installation teams so every job is delivered cleanly and the client is genuinely happy.
- Keep your pipeline and activity current in the CRM.
Who we're looking for
You don't need to know our products on day one — we'll teach you those. What you do need:
- 2+ years of consultative or B2B sales success. Backgrounds in medical devices, rehab, DME, accessibility, home renovation, or in-home services are a strong fit. Senior candidates (5+ years) with a proven record of territory growth and consistent quota achievement are especially encouraged to apply.
- A track record you're proud of — and can speak to with real numbers.
- The judgment and warmth to sit at a kitchen table with a worried family or alongside a clinician on an assessment, and earn their trust.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Discipline around follow-up, organization, and keeping your pipeline honest and up to date.
- A self-starter who works well independently while collaborating with our clinical and technical teams.
- A valid Ontario driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.
A second language (Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Punjabi, etc.) is a real asset given the families we serve.
What we offer
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission — strong earning potential for someone who builds the territory. (See pay range above.)
- Vehicle allowance / mileage reimbursement.
- Extended health, dental, and life insurance.
- Full training on our products, the assessment process, and funding programs.
- A protected territory with room to grow, and work that has a direct, visible impact on people's lives.
How to apply
Apply through Indeed with your resume and a short note covering:
- Your sales experience — years, industries, and a couple of results you're proud of.
- Any exposure to accessibility, medical, rehab, or home-modification products (a plus, not a requirement).
- Where in the GTA you're based (Durham, York, Toronto, or Peel).
We read every application from a candidate who takes the time to tell us why this role fits. We'd love to hear from you.
