Empower Every Child to Communicate with Confidence

Empowered by Speech and Language SLP Inc. is a growing pediatric private practice dedicated to nurturing every child’s ability to express, engage, and connect. We provide culturally responsive, family-centered, and strengths-based speech and language services to children and families across Durham Region, Scarborough, East Toronto, and virtually across Ontario.

Our practice supports children ages 1–14 with a variety of communication needs, including:

Speech sound disorders
Receptive and expressive language delays
Social communication differences
Autism spectrum disorder
Motor speech difficulties
Fluency challenges
Literacy and communication development

We are currently seeking a passionate and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. We are looking for someone who values connection, child-led therapy, and empowering families throughout their communication journey.

What You’ll Do

Conduct speech and language assessments for pediatric clients
Develop individualized and functional therapy goals
Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions
Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, educators, and other professionals
Provide parent coaching and home-based strategies
Complete reports and clinical documentation in a timely manner
Offer services in-home, virtually, and/or community-based depending on client needs

What We’re Looking For

Registered and in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO)
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for culturally responsive and family-centered care
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a growing team
Access to a vehicle is considered an asset for in-home sessions
