In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Set up and track costs for various development projects and monitor the different phases of development
Actively participate in the month-end process: preparing month-end journal entries, analyzing the profitability of products sold and variances, analyzing various accounts, and reconciling projects, inventory, and fixed assets
Determine, propose, and recommend bid prices and price list revisions related to your business sector and ensure periodic updates
Participate in the annual audit and year-end inventory count
Perform inventory adjustments
Participate in the development of management tools
Serve as a resource person for your sector with respect to users of financial information

With the following skills and qualities, you will thrive in this role:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
Experience in similar roles
Proficiency with MS Office software in a Windows environment, particularly Excel
Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
Ability to work with precision and organization
Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Hold a CPA designation or be in the process of obtaining one
Experience with an ERP system
Knowledge of the manufacturing industry
