Lux Windows & Doors is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will ensure our clients receive exceptional support while contributing to the smooth operation of our business.
What You’ll Do
Client Experience & Support
- Be a trusted point of contact, delivering professional, responsive, and solutions-focused support.
- Build strong client relationships that reflect Lux’s commitment to quality and service.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring positive outcomes at every touchpoint.
- Operate confidently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment while maintaining service quality and professionalism.
Operations & Coordination
- Manage scheduling, quoting, and ordering to keep projects moving seamlessly.
- Coordinate with technicians to support on-time project completion.
- Maintain accuracy and organization across multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and internal processes.
- Manage scheduling of assessors and technicians.
- Continuously develop your knowledge of Lux products, systems, and operations.
- Adapt to evolving business needs and proactively suggest solutions.
Who You Are
- 2+ years in customer service or client-facing roles.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a high‑volume work environment.
- Strong communicator with problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Self-starter who takes initiative and is motivated to make a positive impact.
- Comfortable working under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
- Team-oriented and enjoys collaborating with colleagues and clients.
- Tech-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adopt new software systems quickly
