ABOUT THE ROLE
Join our team and experience a rewarding and challenging work environment with skilled and supportive teammates. We are currently accepting resumes from dedicated and energetic individuals who are looking for a position as a Yard/Lot Attendant at our Calmont Truck Centre at Edmonton, AB.

As a Lot/Yard Attendant , your primary responsibility is to keep all units clean and ready for delivery, or displayed neatly in the yard. Some job duties include, but are not limited to:

· Inspect vehicles for noticeable defects and damages.

· Record the description of damages and list missing items on the delivery receipt.

· Park new vehicles in assigned areas.

· Keep vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed by the Sales Manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.

· Pick up vehicles from and deliver vehicles to storage.

· Check all vehicles to make sure they are working properly and advise Sales Manager of any problems.

· Keep unit keys stored in a secure location and ensure all units are locked.

· Pick up and deliver parts, personnel, and paperwork as required.

· Clean and vacuum vehicle interior. Wash and polish vehicle exterior.

· Replace missing or defective small parts.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

· High School Diploma or Equivalent.

· Valid Class 3 Drivers License or higher is required.

· Self-starter with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

· Must be comfortable driving large vehicles and trucks.

· Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
