What You Will Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes across Kitchener following BCBA and Senior Therapist guidance
- Support skill development and behaviour reduction goals using individualized programming
- Collect and document data using AspireAutism’s internal software
- Collaborate closely with the clinical team throughout the treatment process
- Maintain a safe and professional therapy environment in all client homes (all homes are pre screened)
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of ABA therapy experience in Ontario
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized
- Professional, friendly, and approachable with families and colleagues
- Strong collaboration and documentation skills
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence, reliable transportation, and a clear police background check
Availability Requirements
- Candidates must have availability between 12pm and 8:30pm on a minimum of three weekdays (Monday to Friday) to support consistent client schedules.
Total Hours
- Starting at 25 or more hours per week, with the opportunity to increase immediately based on availability and client needs
