Role Overview:
As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of one of our locations in Ontario. You will lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest service while upholding the highest standards of quality and efficiency. With a people-first approach to leadership, you will inspire and motivate your team to excel in every aspect of their roles, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
Provide hands-on support to team members, ensuring seamless execution of service standards
Uphold brand standards and policies, ensuring consistency and excellence in all aspects of operations
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
Drive sales and profitability through strategic initiatives and effective cost management
Cultivate strong relationships with guests, ensuring an exceptional dining experience at every visit

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry
Exceptional guest service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Food Handler Certification (preferred)
