Our client in Moncton, NB is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team in a permanent, full-time position. This role supports both office and field operations in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, requiring someone who can confidently coordinate multiple moving parts and keep projects running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities for the Job:

Coordinate day-to-day project activities across field teams and site operations
Schedule and support crew deployment and workflow planning
Order materials and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors as needed
Arrange travel and logistics as required
Support project managers with administrative and operational coordination
Monitor project timelines and help ensure milestones are met

Experience & Attributes for Success:

2 - 3+ years' administrative experience, ideally in a project-based environment
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ability to pick up on new programs quickly
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Clear communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
