Applied Industrial Flooring is a trusted Canadian contractor with nearly 50 years of experience specializing in epoxy flooring, polymer coatings, concrete restoration, and polished concrete systems for commercial and industrial facilities across Canada. We are currently seeking an experienced Epoxy Flooring Installer to join our growing team in the Greater Toronto Area.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare concrete surfaces through grinding, shot blasting, scarifying, and repairs
- Install epoxy, urethane cement, polyaspartic, polyurethane, and other resinous flooring systems
- Apply primers, base coats, decorative finishes, and topcoats according to specifications
- Measure, mix, and apply flooring materials while maintaining quality standards
- Operate flooring equipment and power tools safely and efficiently
- Read and follow project specifications, drawings, and installation procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Travel to various job sites throughout the GTA and surrounding areas
- Follow all company Health & Safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience installing epoxy or resinous flooring systems
- Experience with concrete preparation equipment and flooring installation tools
- Knowledge of industrial and commercial flooring applications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to lift materials and work in demanding environments
- Valid G Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, and out-of-town projects

Working Conditions
- Typical start time: 7:00 AM on-site
- Average workday: 8–10 hours
- Work performed in commercial, industrial, and construction environments
- Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, lifting, and working with specialized equipment
Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
