Job Title – Operations Officer

Job Summary:
We’re seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Operations Officer III to play a vital role in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and seamless transaction processing. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a collaborative environment, with potential for growth, extension, and conversion based on your performance.
In this role, you will handle critical AML-related requests, perform KYC checks, verify client information, and maintain precise documentation—ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies. Your strong communication skills and attention to detail will be key as you interact with clients and internal teams, providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills:
- Fluency in both English and French (verbal and written)
- 4-5 years of experience in banking or financial institutions
- Proven call center or collections background
- Experience conducting KYC checks and verifying client data
- Excellent business writing and communication skills
- Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems, including MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage high-volume workloads
- Customer-focused with outstanding collaboration skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Exposure to AML regulation and compliance
- Knowledge of global banking products such as MM and FX instruments
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Post-secondary certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience in trade processing or cash product roles (e.g., loans, deposits, swaps)
