Job Description:
We are seeking talented, enthusiastic, and licensed Hairdressers and Aestheticians to join our team of beauty experts. As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients while providing high-quality services that leave clients feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and confident. Key Responsibilities:
For Hairdressers:
- Provide a range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments to clients.
- Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs, preferences, and desired outcomes.
- Recommend and apply hair care treatments and products to ensure optimal results.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and tools.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for clients.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Work as part of a team, assisting colleagues when needed, to ensure smooth salon operations.
For Aestheticians:
- Provide professional skin care treatments, including facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and waxing services.
- Offer personalized skincare consultations, evaluating skin type and recommending appropriate treatments.
- Perform body treatments, such as wraps, scrubs, and massage therapies.
- Stay current with the latest skincare products, techniques, and industry trends.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and sanitation.
- Provide clients with advice on maintaining their skincare routines at home.
- Offer a calming and professional experience for each client.
- Ensure the spa is stocked with essential products and equipment and maintain cleanliness and organization.
Qualifications:
- Valid License as a Hairdresser/Aesthetician.
- Proven experience in a salon or spa environment is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- A passion for beauty, wellness, and making clients feel great.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Friendly, professional, and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Willingness to continuously learn and develop skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
