Position Summary
We are seeking a licensed Auxiliary Nurse (LPN) to support our private medical services. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic environment with both medical and wellness services.
Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care & Clinical Support
- Perform patient triage (in-person and virtual when required)
- Assist with booking and scheduling of patients
- Prepare and organize patient files and notes for the private physician
- Conduct follow-ups with patients after consultations or treatments
- Assist the physician during consultations when needed
Medical Procedures
- Perform blood draws (phlebotomy)
- Administer IV Vitamin Therapy
- Perform ear irrigation (ear cleaning)
- Assist or perform Pap tests (according to scope and clinic protocols)
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with medical directives

Administrative & System Use
- Use clinic software for patient management and scheduling:
- Myle (Medfar)
- ClickSanté
- Medisys (Telus)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR)
- Coordinate appointments and ensure proper workflow between services
Patient Experience
- Provide a high level of patient care and professionalism
- Educate patients on procedures and follow-up care
- Ensure a smooth and efficient patient journey from intake to discharge
Qualifications
- Valid LPN license (OIIAQ) in Quebec
- Experience in a medical clinic or private healthcare setting (asset)
- Experience with:
- Phlebotomy
- IV therapy
- Basic gynecological procedures (asset)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable using multiple software systems
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with:
- Myle (Medfar)
- ClickSanté
- Medisys (Telus)
- Experience in private medicine or concierge-style clinics (strong asset)
