We are currently seeking a business development–driven Account Manager to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing a portfolio of strategic clients while building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions that create value.

Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the District Manager, the Account Manager performs the following tasks:

Attain new opportunities – cultivate leads
Sell and promote our products to existing customers;
Increase client satisfaction and loyalty through service excellence;
Provide exceptional customer support and personalized after-sales service;
Understand clients’ needs and their requirements in order to provide optimal solutions;
Work closely with various corporate partners to develop and close sales.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in outside sales position;
Skills for virtual sales;
Knowledge in sanitation is an asset;
Good computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite);
Outstanding organization skills and to be solution-oriented;
Willingness to learn and continue to be challenged;
Ability to work independently and as a team;

Note:

Working conditions:

Location: position based in Winnipeg, which will cover the Province of Manitoba.
Full-time position Complete training program for sales skills, knowledge about our products and learning of specific systems;
General professional development courses available;

Vehicle Allowance (must have own reliable vehicle);
Travel expenses covered (within reason and budget);
Access to Winnipeg office and supplies.
