Job Description
Red Ram Truck Parts & Service is looking for a detail-loving Office & People Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll oversee our new employee onboarding and orientation, track employee time off and attendance, assist with payroll support and manage employee files including benefits, RRSP administration, training records and performance review schedules. You'll also be proactively involved with our on-site safety initiatives including, inspections, incident reporting and tracking, COR and WCB administration, and AMTA compliance. What You Bring
● High school diploma or GED.
● Experience MS Office Software and Support Packages
● Fluency in English.
● 5+ years of Payroll, Safety, HR and Office Administration experience
Job Type: Full-time (Mon-Fri) with occasional OT
