Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Front Desk Agent, where you will be the welcoming face and organizational hub of our hotel. This role is vital in creating a positive first impression for visitors and clients while ensuring smooth administrative operations. Your energetic approach and excellent customer service skills will help foster a professional, organized, and friendly environment. Whether managing multi-line phone systems, handling data entry, or managing reservations, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily business functions with enthusiasm and precision.

Duties

Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring they feel welcomed.
Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate departments or personnel with professionalism.
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software to maintain up-to-date records.
Handle clerical responsibilities such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing paperwork to support office operations.
Book reservations, coordinate calendars, and manage appointment reminders for staff or medical professionals.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to promote a professional environment.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks using Opera PMS or similar software to support financial recordkeeping when needed.

Requirements

Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or as a receptionist in a fast-paced environment.
Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry tools.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle phone etiquette professionally across multi-line phone systems.
Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in filing, proofreading, and managing schedules.
Experience working in a hotel or hospitality industry is highly desirable, including familiarity with front desk procedures specific to hotel environments.
Ability to perform typing quickly and accurately while maintaining focus on detail-oriented tasks such as proofreading and data entry.
Knowledge of PMS software like Opera is a plus for creating reservations.
Strong organizational skills combined with the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure.
Education: High School Diploma
