Join Our Team as Marketing & Events Specialist
Watkin Motors Ford is seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and highly organized Marketing & Events Specialist to lead the development and execution of our dealership’s marketing initiatives, community partnerships, brand presence, and special events.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building meaningful customer connections through strategic marketing, engaging campaigns, and memorable experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing digital and traditional marketing efforts, coordinating sponsorships and community involvement, planning and executing dealership events, managing brand consistency, and developing initiatives that drive customer engagement and business growth.
Job duties to include, but not limited to:
- Manage all aspects of digital marketing communications, including Google Ads and Facebook Business
- Work closely with colleagues across the organization to create marketing materials and campaigns
- Write, review, and edit marketing material across all mediums
- Use internal software programs to create quotes on vehicles in inventory
- Coordinate social media activities and tasks including appropriate messaging to support corporate goals and monthly marketing campaigns
- Monitor social media groups, trends, tools, and applications
- Make recommendations to promote sale of goods and services
- Business development activities to increase retail and commercial sales including special event planning and direct marketing
- Customer database management and maintenance
- Coordinate offsite marketing and charity events
- Act as the lead internal coordinator for staff events
Skills/Qualifications:
- Post-Secondary Degree in Marketing or Communications
- Minimum 5 years relatable experience
- Strong understanding of Internet marketing (SEM, SEO, Social Media, etc.)
- Proficient in using Google Ads and Facebook Business platforms
- Able to work independently and be a self-starter
- Both creative and sales oriented

Salary Range: From $48,000 - $65,000
Work Hours: Monday – Friday (with some afternoon or weekend special events)
