Full-Time Position:
We are offering a full-time position available immediately. The ideal candidate will have excellent finish carpentry skills. Experience with general carpentry work, minor exterior repairs, and job site maintenance are also assets.

We’re a small, growing renovations company that values quality work and good people. We specialize in residential renovations—everything from full gut remodels to bathrooms, kitchens, and custom work. Our clients trust us to be in their homes, and we don’t take that lightly. We're looking for a Lead Hand Carpenter who brings not just skill, but solid character, leadership, and integrity to the job site every day.
About You:
You’re experienced, reliable, and know your way around a renovation. But just as importantly, you’re someone who shows up with a good attitude, treats people with respect, and takes pride in doing things right. You lead by example, stay calm under pressure, and genuinely care about the quality of your work and the people around you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Finish carpentry, minor exterior repair, and many renovation tasks in between
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and respectful job site
- Taking instruction from project leaders and taking action
- Communicating clearly with the team
- Making smart decisions and taking ownership of your work
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of hands-on renovation/carpentry experience
- Leadership experience or natural leadership skills
- A strong sense of responsibility and work ethic
- Honest, respectful, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working directly with clients in occupied homes
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Red Seal certification is an asset, but not a must
