Maan Farms is looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team.

As the Marketing Manager, you will support the marketing and creative direction for Maan Farms, with a strong focus on social media, digital campaigns, guest-facing promotions, and visual content. You will plan and create engaging content, support seasonal marketing launches, design digital and print materials, and maintain brand consistency across all customer-facing platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead marketing and creative direction for Maan Farms’ events and seasonal experiences in collaboration with the directors and office staff.
Plan, create, and manage social media content for seasonal attractions, farm events, promotions, and guest experiences, including captions, reels, stories, graphics, and campaign themes.
Coordinate Facebook and Instagram advertising, including ad creative, copywriting, campaign setup, and performance review.
Develop campaign messaging and visuals for newsletters, website updates, social media, and on-site promotions.
Use AI tools to support marketing tasks, including copywriting, research, and workflow efficiency.
Design digital and print materials, including social media graphics, posters, signage, menus, maps, brochures, ads, newsletters, and event collateral, while ensuring final artwork is print-ready, accurate, on-brand, and production-ready.
Maintain brand consistency across all customer-facing materials and platforms.
Work with photographers, printers, media partners, tourism partners, signage companies, and other vendors to complete creative projects.
Manage multiple creative projects and deadlines across different departments and seasons.
Support design projects for winery, weddings, retail, packaging, and tasting room materials as needed.

Qualifications

Experience in social media marketing, content creation, graphic design, branding, or a related creative role.
Strong understanding of digital content strategy for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and social media trends
Experience with Facebook/Meta ads is strongly preferred.
Comfortable using AI tools to support marketing initiatives.
Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other design tools.
Experience creating social media graphics, digital ads, newsletters, signage, and print materials.
Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging marketing copy.
Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, colour, and visual storytelling.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced seasonal business.
Experience with photography, videography, email marketing, hospitality, tourism, events, agritourism, or print production is an asset.

You are creative, proactive, and hands-on. You care about the small details, but can also see the bigger picture of a campaign or brand. You are comfortable taking an idea from concept to completion and enjoy collaborating with a team to bring experiences to life for guests.

You understand how to create content that captures attention, tells a story, and encourages guests to visit. You enjoy social media, design, seasonal campaigns, and working on a variety of creative projects.
