We are a fast-paced, high-energy real estate office with over 130 Realtors and staff, and we're looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated person to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in an office environment. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong people skills, and a willingness to learn. If you enjoy helping others, staying organized, and being part of a fun and supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Greet clients, agents, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Assist with data entry and maintaining office records
Assist with social media posting
Assist with co-ordinating office events, training sessions, awards programs, and team activities
Support the team with administrative and clerical tasks
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
Provide general support to agents and staff as needed

Qualifications

Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized with good attention to detail
Comfortable using computers and learning new software
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is an asset
Experience with Canva, social media, or video editing is an asset but not required
Ability to multitask and work in a busy environment
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
Previous office, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is an asset but not required
