Litigation Paralegal (Family Law & Civil Litigation)
DD Law Group is a growing litigation firm on the lookout for a paralegal to join our Family Law and Civil Litigation team. Our lawyers are in court regularly and our paralegals play an essential role in helping clients navigate some of the most important moments in their lives.

What You'll Do
As a member of our Family Law and Civil Litigation team, you will:
- Manage and assist with family law and civil litigation files
- Draft pleadings, affidavits, applications, correspondence, and other court documents
- Maintain lawyer calendars, litigation deadlines, and file organization
- Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, court registries, government agencies, and other professionals
- Conduct legal research and assist with case preparation
- Prepare, file, and serve court materials
- Assist with client intake, billing, and file administration
- Connect clients with appropriate community resources when needed
- Support the broader litigation team and assist with office operations as required
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a Paralegal program or equivalent experience
- Experience working in a litigation environment
- Experience with CLIO or comparable legal practice management software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage multiple files
- Professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential information
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in family law and/or civil litigation
- Strong legal drafting skills
- Experience conducting legal research
- Knowledge of court filing procedures and records management
- Additional language skills are considered an asset

Compensation
Salary: $60,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
