Toor Law is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join our team. We are looking for a highly organized, detail oriented professional with strong litigation experience who can manage files independently in a fast paced environment.

This role involves working on civil litigation and personal injury matters and providing support through all stages of litigation from intake to resolution. The ideal candidate is confident managing deadlines, drafting legal documents, and maintaining organized and accurate case files with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Manage litigation files from intake through resolution
Draft and prepare correspondence and related litigation documents
Maintain calendars, limitation periods, and critical deadlines
Schedule Questionings, Mediations and client meetings
Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, experts and insurers
Maintain and organize electronic files using NetDocuments
Assist with document production, disclosure, and file management
Provide general administrative and litigation support

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years experience as a Litigation Legal Assistant
Civil litigation and personal injury experience required
Strong understanding of Alberta litigation procedures and court processes
Proven ability to manage multiple files and deadlines independently
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently in a fast paced litigation environment
