You’ll be the person who ensures things get done. Whether that’s coordinating client communication, organizing content production, updating websites, managing calendars, improving workflows, planning events, or finding new ways to make our business more efficient, you’ll play an important role in almost every aspect of our operations.

Responsibilities
Executive Support
● Manage calendars, scheduling, appointments and travel arrangements
● Coordinate meetings and company logistics
● Prioritize daily tasks and keep projects moving forward
● Assist with personal and professional administrative responsibilities
● Maintain professionalism and complete confidentiality
Client Experience
● Deliver exceptional customer service
● Respond promptly to client inquiries
● Coordinate communication between clients and internal team members
● Help create an outstanding client experience from beginning to end
Marketing & Content
● Coordinate social media strategy and publishing schedules
● Assist with content creation using Canva, video editing software and other creative tools
● Coordinate with videographers to ensure content is captured, edited and published on schedule
● Help execute marketing campaigns across multiple brands
● Maintain organized content calendars
● Assist with copywriting, marketing materials and promotional initiatives
Operations
● Prepare and send client invoices
● Maintain organized digital files and company systems
● Help improve workflows and internal processes
● Coordinate team meetings and company events
● Assist with special projects and new business initiatives
● Take ownership of projects and follow them through to completion
Technology & Innovation
● Assist with website updates and maintenance
● Work with platforms such as Webflow, WordPress or similar website builders
● Help manage domains, hosting, DNS settings and online forms when needed
● Learn and implement new software as our business evolves
● Embrace AI tools to improve efficiency, automate repetitive tasks and enhance creativity
● Continuously identify opportunities to improve our systems, processes and client experience
