We are currently seeking motivated Real Estate Sales Representatives who are ready to join a brokerage that provides structure, opportunity, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with brokerage-provided buyer and seller leads
- Convert opportunities into active clients and closed deals
- Conduct buyer consultations, showings, and listing presentations
- Manage pipeline activity through CRM systems
- Participate in weekly training and coaching sessions
- Deliver a high level of client service and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- Valid RECO real estate license (Ontario)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presence and client-first mindset
- Willingness to work in-office on a regular basis
- Commitment to following proven systems and processes
- Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to grow
This is a commission-based role, with income directly tied to performance and production.
