About NinjaVA
NinjaVA helps home service business owners build remote office teams without the overhead of a traditional office.
Our clients are contractors, trades owners, and home service entrepreneurs who are buried in calls, emails, scheduling, follow-up, admin, estimates, recruiting, and customer communication. We help them place, train, and manage remote assistants so they can get out of the daily chaos and back into leading their business.
We are growing quickly, we have strong product-market fit, and we are entering the next stage of the company: building a real growth engine.

The Role
We are looking for a Growth & Distribution Lead to help us turn great ideas into shipped campaigns, new leads, stronger partnerships, and repeatable marketing systems.
This is not a “sit in meetings and make strategy decks” role.
It is also not a basic assistant role.
This is for someone who can live between strategy and execution. You will help plan campaigns, launch tests, coordinate creative, manage follow-up, work with internal team members, build partner opportunities, and keep marketing initiatives moving from idea to live.
You will work closely with the founder, sales, operations, product, and creative team to grow NinjaVA and our related products.
The right person is organized, fast-moving, tech-savvy, commercially minded, and excited by the idea of helping build a company that serves thousands of home service business owners, while providing jobs in third world countries.
What You’ll Own
You will help build and operate our growth engine across several channels, including:
- Paid ad campaigns
- Webinars and live masterclasses
- Lead magnets and landing pages
- Email and SMS follow-up
- Trade shows and industry events
- Partner and coaching group relationships
- Facebook groups, communities, and other distribution channels
- Campaign reporting and weekly marketing accountability
- Creative briefs for designers, editors, and copywriters
- New growth experiments for NinjaVA and related products
Your job is to help make sure good ideas do not sit in a notebook, Slack thread, or meeting transcript.
They get turned into campaigns, launched, measured, improved, and repeated.
What You’ll Be Doing
A typical week could include:
- Taking a new campaign idea and turning it into a clear execution plan
- Coordinating with our designer or video editor to get creative assets produced
- Helping launch a new ad or lead generation test
- Reviewing campaign results and identifying what to improve
- Working with sales to tighten the handoff from lead to booked call
- Improving show-up rates for a webinar or masterclass
- Reaching out to potential partners, coaches, or communities
- Preparing the next trade show, event, or industry collaboration
- Building a simple dashboard or weekly update on what shipped, what worked, and what needs attention
- Helping the founder and team stay focused on the highest-leverage growth opportunities
Who You Are
You are probably a strong fit if:
- You move quickly and like getting things live. Responsiveness is key.
- You are organized enough to manage several moving pieces at once. Multi-tasker.
- You understand marketing, sales, and business operations
- You are comfortable with tools, software, CRMs, funnels, AI, automation, and online campaigns
- You can write clearly and communicate directly
- You are not afraid to pick up the phone, message a partner, or hop on a zoom call
- You can take a rough idea and turn it into a practical plan
- You care about results, not just activity
- You are comfortable working with a fast-moving founder and leadership team
- You understand or are willing to deeply learn the home service/trades market
- You can balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution
What We Are Not Looking For
This is probably not the right role if:
- You only want to manage people and not execute
- You need a perfectly defined corporate structure
- You are uncomfortable with fast changes and imperfect information
- You only specialize in one narrow area of marketing
- You prefer long planning cycles over quick testing
- You are not comfortable being measured by outcomes
Experience That Would Help
You do not need to check every box, but these would be valuable:
- Growth marketing experience
- B2B marketing experience
- Experience with home services, trades, SaaS, franchising, coaching, or agencies
- Experience running webinars, workshops, or events
- Experience with paid ads, landing pages, email campaigns, and CRM workflows
- Experience building partnerships or affiliate/referral channels
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Jobber, Housecall Pro, Zapier, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Slack, ClickUp, Notion, or similar platforms
- Experience attending or coordinating trade shows and industry events
Location
This can be a remote role, but you must be able to travel to Kamloops, B.C. for initial training and periodically in the future.
Experience with the U.S. home service market is a major asset. The ability to occasionally travel to trade shows, company meetings, or industry events is also important.

Pay: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
