Do you enjoy taking apart a moving light to diagnose a fault just as much as you enjoy loading a truck for a show?
Can you troubleshoot electronics, repair equipment, and still jump into warehouse operations when the team needs you?
Do you take pride in making sure every fixture leaves the shop working perfectly and every order leaves complete and on time?
If so, Orange Frog Productions Inc. is looking for someone like you to join our team as a Warehouse Associate / Electronics Repair Technician.
At Orange Frog Productions Inc., we create high-impact live event experiences through lighting and technical production. From concerts and corporate events to festivals and galas, our success depends on having reliable equipment and a dedicated team that takes pride in their work.
We are looking for a mechanically inclined, technically minded individual who enjoys both hands-on repairs and warehouse operations. This role offers the best of both worlds: helping maintain our growing inventory of production equipment while supporting the day-to-day logistics that keep our shows moving.
The Position
You will split your time between equipment repair and warehouse operations, ensuring our production gear remains show-ready while helping prepare and manage equipment for events.

- Maintain detailed service records and repair documentation.
- Perform testing and quality control checks to ensure equipment meets operational standards.

Warehouse Operations
- Pull, prepare, and organize equipment orders for upcoming productions.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory control, equipment tracking, and warehouse organization.
- Drive 5-ton trucks and company vehicles for deliveries and pickups as required.
- Test, clean, and prepare equipment for deployment.
- Process equipment returns and conduct quality inspections.
- Assist with shop prep, logistics planning, and truck packing.
- Support production crews with equipment handling and warehouse operations.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who loves solving technical problems, enjoys working with their hands, and takes pride in keeping equipment and operations running smoothly.
Specifically, you will have the following skills and attributes:
- You are naturally curious and enjoy diagnosing how things work.
- You can troubleshoot problems methodically and efficiently.
- You are organized and detail-oriented.
- You take pride in quality workmanship and doing things right the first time.
- You enjoy both technical repair work and physical warehouse responsibilities.
- You are dependable, accountable, and self-motivated.
- You work well independently but also thrive as part of a team.
- You can adapt quickly to changing priorities and production schedules.
- You are safety-conscious and understand the importance of maintaining equipment standards.
- You appreciate fixing a fixture that everyone else thought was beyond repair.
Additional Requirements
- Experience repairing electronics, lighting equipment, electrical systems, or similar technical equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, low-voltage electronics, soldering, and electronic diagnostics is considered an asset.
- Experience with intelligent lighting fixtures, entertainment technology, or live event equipment is highly desirable.
