We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and hands-on Resident Manager Team to oversee the day-to-day operations of our motel property. This is a live-in position ideal for a couple looking to stay active, engaged, and part of a community-oriented environment. We welcome applicants who are semi-retired and enjoy working with people while maintaining a well-run, comfortable property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, train, and supervise in-house staff, including housekeepers and Customer Service Representatives, to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest service.
- Oversee daily operations of both motel and long-stay properties, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Use WebRezPro property management system and Microsoft 365 tools to manage reservations, billing, and administrative tasks.
- Monitor property maintenance needs and coordinate with staff or vendors to resolve issues promptly.
- Provide leadership and support to staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and guest satisfaction protocols.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience managing staff in hospitality, motel, or long-stay rental operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency with WebRezPro property management system and Microsoft 365 tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance and guest issues.
- Reliable and responsible, with a flexible and professional attitude.
