Overview

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrator & Executive Assistant to join our team on a 12-month contract. This position plays a key role in supporting the daily administrative and financial operations of our office. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Answer a multi line phone system in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries promptly.
Routing orders for service.
Dispatching of multiple trucks.
Process and maintain Accounts Receivable.
Process Accounts Payable.
Prepare and process payroll.
Maintain accurate records and assist with general office administration.
Provide administrative support and perform other office duties as required.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Simcoe County and surrounding area.
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
Experience using QuickBooks Online, including payroll functions.
Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
Professional, dependable, and customer service oriented.
