Job Overview
The Business Development & Marketing Coordinator supports the Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Service teams by preparing customer quotations, maintaining sales forecasts, coordinating marketing materials, updating website content, and assisting with business development initiatives. This role combines sales administration, marketing coordination, and administrative support to ensure accurate customer communications, organized business processes, and consistent marketing and digital content. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
The successful candidate will support the Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Service teams. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Business Development & Sales Support
· Prepare, review, and issue customer quotations and proposals using established pricing guidelines.
· Maintain quotation records and coordinate timely follow-up with internal teams.
· Track and forecast sales opportunities by maintaining forecasting spreadsheets, project pipelines, and reports.
· Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other business development documentation.
· Conduct customer, market, and competitor research to support business development initiatives.
· Analyze market trends and pricing to support strategic decision-making.
· Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Business Development and Customer Service teams.
Marketing Coordination
- Coordinate, design, and update printed and digital marketing materials, including brochures, price lists, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate revisions to marketing collateral to ensure branding, messaging, and product information remain accurate and current.
- Assist with advertising, promotional campaigns, and trade show materials.
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms and assist with content scheduling and engagement.
Website & Digital Content
- Update website content, product information, and downloadable documents to ensure information remains accurate, current, and aligned with company branding.
- Assist with website optimization and SEO initiatives.
Administrative & Event Support
- Assist with planning and coordinating trade shows, including travel arrangements, scheduling, promotional materials, and onsite support, as required.
- Maintain organized records, files, and departmental documentation.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in business development support, sales administration, marketing coordination, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience preparing quotations, proposals, reports, and presentations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign).
- Experience with CRM systems and website content management (e.g. WordPress).
- Knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and social media management.
- Experience supporting Business Development, Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing teams.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset.

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
