AV Group NB Inc. Atholville Mill is currently recruiting for the following position:
Clerical Spare

This position will report to the Accounting Manager and will provide relief for the Clerical employees of AV Group for vacation, training, sickness and other absences.

Responsibilities

Payroll
Performs data entries on all pay and deduction codes for processing the weekly pay run
Process necessary paperwork providing for payment of various benefits to all hourly employees.
Balances weekly time sheets to be entered for processing.
Processes all freight for items received or shipped for payment.
Prepare Weekly & Monthly reporting and reconciliations
Maintenance Clerk
Provide clerical support to the Maintenance and Engineering department
Process Work Orders in the enterprise management system (Maximo)
Process information and perform administrative duties for New Capital and Repair Projects
Produce/process and distribute various reports and communications
Prepare and maintain weekly manpower availability and call list for maintenance group
Prepare and maintain vacation and float schedules for the maintenance group
Document control for Mill equipment and Project files (both digital and paper documents)
Purchasing Clerk
Review all purchase requisitions received from our enterprise management system (SAP) and distribute to applicable Buyer
Print and forward the purchase orders to proper vendor as designated by the Buyer
Receive and process all the bulk raw material deliveries in SAP
Expedite purchase orders that are overdue
Other office duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous experience in an administrative support role is preferred.
Accounting/Payroll experience would be preferred.
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication and organization skills
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office with intermediate skill level in Excel.
