Our busy Family Chiropractic office in the north end of Barrie is currently seeking an enthusiastic and health-conscious team member who is eager to learn and excel in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care: Assist in providing excellent patient care by welcoming and assisting patients, managing appointments and ensuring their comfort.

Administrative Tasks: Handle front desk responsibilities, including answering phones, filing, managing patient records, performing part of patient examinations (training provided) and ensuring the smooth flow of the office.

Multi-Tasking: Effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Computer Proficiency: Utilize various software tools, including Word, Excel, Canva, social media platforms, and PowerPoint, to support office operations.

Learning and Growth: Be a quick learner and stay open to feedback, continuously improving your skills and knowledge to enhance the quality of patient service.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with our chiropractic team to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience.

Qualifications:

Commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of others.
Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Health-conscious and eager to promote wellness within the office.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with Canva and social media platforms for creating and managing content is a plus.
