REQUIREMENTS Reliable transportation to and from cleaning jobs Valid driver's licence Appropriate vehicle insurance Reliable smartphone for scheduling and communication Legally entitled to work in Canada Able to perform the physical duties of residential cleaning
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Cleaning is an active job.
Candidates must be comfortable with: Standing and walking for extended periods Walking up and down stairs Bending, reaching, kneeling, and crouching Repetitive movement throughout the workday Lifting and carrying cleaning supplies and equipment Performing detailed cleaning tasks for extended periods
SCHEDULE
Our regular business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
We are currently hiring Part-Time Cleaning Technicians, with the possibility of additional hours as the company grows.We understand that our employees have lives outside of work and will work with your availability whenever possible. However, reliability and consistency are extremely important to us.
PAY AND CAREER GROWTH
Starting wage: $19.00/hour
Our Cleaning Technician Career Path provides opportunities to increase your wage as you gain experience and demonstrate strong performance.
Cleaning Technician 1 - $19.00/hour
Cleaning Technician 2 - $20.50/hour
Senior Cleaning Technician 1 - $22.00/hour
Senior Cleaning Technician 2 - $23.00/hour

TRAINING
No professional cleaning experience? That's okay!We provide training on: HHH cleaning procedures Cleaning products and equipment Room-by-room cleaning standards Safety procedures Client communication Professional conduct Time management Quality-control expectations

UNIFORM AND APPEARANCE
HHH team members are required to maintain a clean and professional appearance.Uniform requirements include: HHH company vest or approved HHH shirt Scrub-style work pants Clean, closed-toe footwear Clean and neat personal appearance
Leggings are not permitted as part of the HHH uniform.
SAFETY AND RESPECT
Team members must: Follow all HHH safety procedures Use cleaning products according to company instructions Report damage, accidents, hazards, or concerns immediately Respect client belongings and property Maintain client confidentiality Never smoke while representing HHH Follow all company policies and procedures
