The Angular Developer will play a key role in the Province's ConnectPEI Enterprise Client Relationship Management (eCRM) Program, a multi-year initiative focused on modernizing and consolidating legacy CRM applications into a scalable, reusable platform. Working within an Agile delivery team, the successful candidate will develop and maintain enterprise-grade Angular applications that integrate with Oracle Fusion Sales and Service CRM, Azure services, and modern cloud technologies. This role requires strong front-end development expertise, experience working across full-stack environments, and the ability to deliver high-quality, maintainable software within a continuous delivery framework.
- Design, develop, modify, and maintain Angular 20+ applications supporting the Province's ConnectPEI eCRM platform.

Develop reusable and composable user interface components that integrate with Oracle Fusion Sales and Service CRM and Azure-based services.

Build responsive web applications using Angular, HTML, CSS, SASS, JSON, and Reactive Programming principles.

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, developers, and stakeholders to design and implement technical solutions aligned with business requirements.

Translate technical designs into well-structured, tested, and maintainable code following established development standards and best practices.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, code reviews, and iterative software delivery activities.

Develop and maintain software across multiple deployment environments including Development, QA, Staging, and Production.

Perform application upgrades, patching, and ongoing maintenance within a full-stack enterprise environment.

Build, manage, and support software releases across multiple development streams.

Utilize Git source control and Azure DevOps Boards and Pipelines to support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).

Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable long-term solutions.

Prepare effort estimates, technical documentation, and implementation plans for new development initiatives and application enhancements.

Contribute to the development and enhancement of reusable business components supporting the Province's enterprise CRM framework.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performing applications.

Perform additional development and support activities as required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience developing enterprise applications using Angular in complex front-end, middleware, and back-end environments.

Minimum 5 years of overall software development experience supporting enterprise web applications.

Strong hands-on experience with Angular 20+, HTML, CSS, SASS, JSON, and Reactive Programming.

Experience developing high-quality, production-ready web applications following modern software engineering best practices.

Experience working within Agile or Hybrid software development environments.

Strong understanding of application architecture, technical design, and translating requirements into scalable software solutions.

Experience using Git for source control and Azure DevOps Boards and Pipelines for work management and CI/CD.

Experience developing and supporting web applications using modern web technologies, frameworks, protocols, and development tools.

Experience developing or supporting microservices using open-source frameworks.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and root cause analysis skills.

Experience preparing development estimates and successfully delivering complex software projects from design through production release.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
