Amberwood Doors has been designing and manufacturing luxury custom wood doors and entrance systems for more than 23 years. Every door we build is made to order using premium hardwoods and is crafted for custom homes, architects, builders, churches, educational institutions, and commercial projects across North America.

What You'll Do
As a Custom Door Builder, you'll be responsible for producing high-end custom wood doors from engineered shop drawings through final assembly.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Building custom wood entry doors and architectural door systems
- Reading and interpreting shop drawings and production specifications
- Cutting, machining, fitting, assembling, sanding, and gluing hardwood components
- Operating woodworking machinery, including table saws, jointers, planers, shapers, wide belt sanders, mortisers, and other equipment
- Producing work that meets precise tolerances and Amberwood's quality standards
- Inspecting your own work for accuracy and craftsmanship
- Working closely with Engineering, Production, and Finishing departments
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- 3+ years of experience in woodworking, cabinetmaking, custom millwork, furniture making, or door manufacturing
- Strong ability to read and interpret shop drawings
- Experience working with solid hardwoods
- Excellent measuring skills and attention to detail
- Pride in producing high-quality craftsmanship
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
