Overview

I'm Moe, founder of Product Faculty. We train product managers and leaders at the world's biggest companies on how to actually build with AI. Our students are senior PMs and VPs from major banks and tech companies. Our instructors come from OpenAI and other frontier leaders. The courses are live, the standards are high, and the company is growing fast.I'm hiring one person to make sure everything we promised actually ships. Not a strategist. Not a "manages the process" person. The person who owns the calendar, runs the live rooms, and closes loops without being chased.

What you'll ownFrom day one:

Live classes. We run about 175 hours of live cohort sessions a year, mostly weekends. You're in every one: managing the room, handling logistics, talking to students, making sure every session runs clean and every student leaves happy.
The podcast pipeline. Guests booked, scripts ready, episodes recorded and published on cadence. We're scaling to 10+ episodes a month. You own the machine that makes that real.
The newsletter. Drafted with AI and our influencer partners, edited by you, shipped every week. No misses.
LinkedIn publishing. Our content system drafts. You edit, schedule, post, and keep the calendar full.
The marketing calendar. Everyone feeds it: me, our Head of Growth, our partners, our content team. You make sure what's on it ships on time, and you're empowered to chase anyone, including me.

Grow into by month three:

Events, from planning to hosting
Partner coordination for our fellowship program
1:1 student relationships and community building

Who you are

AI-native. Non-negotiable. You already use AI agents daily to do real work. Not "excited to learn." You'll be inside the most AI-leveraged operation you've ever seen, and you need to keep up on day one.
3-6 years of experience where you owned delivery: agency account or project management, program or community roles, marketing execution. Titles don't matter. What you shipped does.
Great with people, live and on camera. You'll be on Zoom with rooms full of senior product leaders every week.
A strong editor and a decent writer. You don't need to be a world-class copywriter; our Head of Growth owns copy craft and paid ads. You need taste, and you need to ship.
Pathologically reliable. You send the status update before anyone asks. If this isn't naturally you, this job will make you miserable.

The honest part

This is in-person at my home studio in Mississauga. It's a real, professional setup, and it's also a founder's house, not a downtown office.
Our classes run on weekends. Not every weekend of the year, but when a cohort is live, you're there running it. Weekend class availability is a hard requirement. If that's a dealbreaker, this isn't your job.
We're a small team with big output. Some days are chaotic. You'll ship something every single day.
The bar is high. Our students pay real money and expect excellence, and so do I.

$85,000-$100,000 CAD base, depending on experience
Performance bonus of up to 50% of base

A real growth path. Do this well for a year and the scope, title, and comp grow with you.

Three examples of work you've shipped using AI. Anything real: agents, content systems, automations, a newsletter you ran. Links or screenshots.
A 2-minute Loom video. Keep it simple: "Hey, this is me. Here's who I am, here's what I've done, and here's what I've shipped." That's it. Talk to me like a person. The Loom video is required. No Loom video, no application. Submissions without one will not be read.
Your availability for a paid 2-week trial project, because that's how we'll both know.
