The Incumbent will support the Human Resources team by providing comprehensive administrative, analytical, and project-based support across multiple HR pillars, including Total Rewards, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, and general HR operations. Central to this role is the ability to collaborate effectively and build relationships with HR and cross-functional stakeholders. In this role, you will help translate workforce data into actionable insights while supporting programs, policies, and initiatives that directly enhance our ability to deliver exceptional care.
Data Integrity & Collection: Support gathering and cleaning workforce data from HR systems (Workday) to ensure accuracy, completeness, and privacy compliance.
Compensation Support: Assist with compensation administration, market benchmarking studies, and the preparation of salary reports and equity analyses.
Dashboard Maintenance: Assist in developing and updating HR dashboards (using Google Sheets, Workday Analytics, or Power BI) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnover and compliance.
Reporting & Insights: Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for the HR team, translating complex datasets into clear, visual, and easy-to-understand narratives.
Training Design & Delivery: Support the design, build, and delivery of comprehensive training plans and instructional presentations to enhance employee skills.
Needs & Resource Assessment: Participate in the review of existing manager resources, identifying knowledge gaps, and updating the centralized library of learning assets, in partnership with the Talent Development team.
Metrics Tracking: Utilize HR systems and spreadsheet functions to track training completion rates, assessment scores, and participant feedback.
Performance & Engagement Support: Assist with the coordination of the performance review cycle, goal-setting tracking, and employee engagement initiatives.
Recruitment Administration: Administer aspects of the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, creative sourcing, and coordinating interviews.
Tracker Management: Utilize advanced spreadsheet skills to assist in maintaining recruitment trackers and analyze metrics to help optimize "time to fill" results.
Onboarding Coordination: Assist in onboarding and orientation activities, processing new hire packets, and addressing first-day inquiries.
Filing support: Assist with archiving our filing system.
Project Coordination: Support HR team projects and ad-hoc initiatives.
Process Improvement: Review current HR data collection and admin methods to recommend efficiencies or automation opportunities to streamline workflows.
Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (University or College) with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and/or Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is essential. Experience with VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and conditional formatting is required.
Fluent in written and spoken English ( French is an asset ).
A strong ability to spot patterns, anomalies, and stories behind numbers, coupled with a natural curiosity to improve existing processes.
Discretion & Confidentiality: Deep understanding of the sensitive nature of HR data, with a strict commitment to maintaining privacy and security.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail, the ability to multitask effectively, and strong interpersonal communication skills.

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualification and other job-related reasons. This job grade falls within a wage of $20 per hour and opportunities for advancement.
