The OP Team is looking for a creative, energetic, and highly motivated Photographer/Videographer & Social Media Specialist to help elevate our brand and showcase our listings through exceptional visual storytelling.

What You'll Do
As our Photographer/Videographer & Social Media Specialist, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality visual content while helping manage and grow our digital presence.
Photography & Videography
- Photograph luxury residential and commercial properties
- Film cinematic listing videos, reels, and lifestyle content
- Photograph team events, client events, open houses, and community initiatives
- Ensure all content reflects our premium brand standards
Editing & Production
- Edit professional property videos and Instagram Reels
- Color correct and enhance photos
- Create engaging short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
- Design simple graphics, thumbnails, and promotional materials
- Maintain organized photo and video libraries
Social Media Management
- Plan and schedule social media content
- Create engaging captions and calls-to-action
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
- Stay current with social media trends and implement new content ideas
- Track analytics and recommend improvements to increase engagement and reach
Marketing Support
- Assist with marketing campaigns for new listings
- Create promotional content for open houses and brokerage events
- Work closely with agents to develop personalized content strategies
- Help maintain a consistent and recognizable brand identity
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience with professional photography and videography
- Strong editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software
- Experience editing photos in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Strong understanding of current social media trends
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the GTA
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate media production (preferred)
- Graphic design experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media analytics
- Experience with CRM or marketing platforms
